Yay me! I took the plunge and bought the new E2!! I love the new touchscreen and the LED light. Should be here before the 15th of May. I told my family it was their Mother's Day gift to me. They think I need a 12 step program to deal with my cricut obsession. LOL. Oh, I just can't wait!!

Visiting JoAnn's

Last week as a "thank you" from my husband for accompanying him to a Dr. appt, he surprised me with a trip to JoAnn's. I was completely surprised and giddy with excitement. I love Joann's and was disappointed when the one close to me closed. Now this JoAnn was somewhat in disarray and was more like a fabric store. Their scrapbook section was minimal. Even so, I was happy to find 12x24 paper.

It's by DCWV and it's adhesive backed. I bought two pads of both the patterned version and the textured type. Best of all, it was on clearance and I only paid $7 for each pad. Can't wait to use it.

Party favors

Tags, bags, boxes and more is quickly becoming one of my favorite and most often used cartridge. I did these little purses as a thank you for attendees at a fundraiser for a girls' center that my daughter goes too. Great event.
I made the favors using my trusty gypsy to maximize my paper. I'll have to go back and check the size.
